Standard Efficiency Service Agreement
Annual clean, check, & adjust of house heater. New thermocouple and/or standard 1″ filter provided, and installed, if applicable. One year of Service Calls, Parts and, Labor warranty on conventional, chimney vented, gas fired house heater and conventional, chimney vented, gas fired water heater.
High Efficiency Service Agreement
Annual clean, check, & adjust of house heater. High efficiency heaters are warrantied for service calls only. The customer is responsible for all parts and labor charges related to the troubleshooting, repairs, and/or replacement of high efficiency related items.
Landlord or multi family CCA’s
Make a separate section for Landlord or multi family CCA’s and the benefits for both Landlords and tenants with the CCA’s especially during the heating season.
Pricing
Service Call is $149 plus a Minimum 1-hour Labor is $149. To come out to the house with the first hour of labor is $298. If the Service call go past the initial first hour, we then bill in 15-minute increments. If the 1st full hour is not used for the repair and the same issue that started the Work order happens again with in 30 Days, we would continue the clock on the initial call.
Only the homeowner can give consent for needed work and to set up for payment in full at the time of service, on any property. Payment is due at the time of service.

Terms & Conditions
This agreement and warranty expires on it’s anniversary date if the customer hasn’t called to renew the agreement prior to that date.

If there is more than one gas furnace or boiler, or other appliances of the same type in the residence, an annual heating agreement must be purchased for each one.
Where it mentions… Refund payment… this needs attention. The cleaning and coverage amount are drastically different when we break it down. Cleaning VS Cleaning with coverage (CCA). Rewrite and specify any areas that speak of refunds.
*Coverage Terms
Payments must be made in one full payment within 15 days of service.
*Missed or Late Payments
During suspension or cancelation of an Annual Heating Agreement, any and all repairs or cost accrued to a service call will be Full price and Due at the time of service with no exceptions, The remaining amount of the Annual Heating agreement will have to be paid at the time of this rapier as well if the customer is requesting to stay covered. If the customer does not want the coverage to continue then the customer will only have to pay for a “Cleaning Only”. This is to be collected at the time of the Service call as well.
*Change of Address
Coverage is not transfusable to another address. The coverage stays with the heater. If the property that has the Annual Heating Agreement gets sold during that year’s coverage, then the new owners would receive the benefits. The expiration date does not change, it stays the same as when it had been renewed or started that year. It is the new owner’s responsibility to contact the office to inform us of the revised ownership and the date it was finalized. Then the profile for that property will be updated with name and billing address of the new owners however all the maintenance and or repairs for that address will stay on file.
*Cancellations
The mention of “refunds” There are only very specific reasons we would pay a refund.
